PURPOSE: Authorize execution of the interlocal agreement with the City of Sultan for provision of emergency management services.

 

BACKGROUND: DEM has historically supported town, city, and tribal emergency management programs via an interlocal agreement outlining emergency management plans and programs pursuant to Chapter 38.52 RCW. This is a renewal of this agreement for two (2) years, with the option to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms.
