PURPOSE: The purpose of the agreement is to receive FEMA Individual Assistance applicant data to support local recovery efforts by coordinating and aligning State and Federal aid with local assistance programs.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is to receive data from FEMA only. It does not require Snohomish County or WA State to share their information with FEMA.
