PURPOSE: To reimburse Snohomish County for the extraordinary costs of resentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake decision by AOC.

 

BACKGROUND: This interlocal agreement is to reimburse Snohomish County for the extraordinary costs of resentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake decision by AOC. The costs have to be incurred between July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
