ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion for the Council to hereby approve and authorize the County Executive to execute the Supplemental Agreement to the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the County and the Snohomish County Corrections Guild relating to temporary overtime incentives as reviewed and approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
