PURPOSE: Confirming the appointment of Ralph Lovely to the vacant District 3 Performance Audit Committee
BACKGROUND: Ralph Lovely, a resident of Snohomish County, has demonstrated the qualities of leadership, commitment, and interest in the objectives and purpose of the Performance Audit Committee. Ralph over 20 years of experience on councils, boards, and committees. He is a graduate of Seattle University, with a degree in Economics, and has professional experience as a business owner, work in insurance and investments, and as a Consumer Safety Office for the Seafood Inspection Program of the National Marine Fisheries Service.
