PURPOSE: Professional Services Agreement with Economic Alliance Snohomish County, Snohomish County’s designated associate development organization, to conduct and support activities that contribute to Snohomish County’s economic growth, vitality, and sustainability.
BACKGROUND: Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) is a non-profit/private partnership of businesses, community, and government leaders committed to promoting the economic vitality and sustainability of Snohomish County. It engages in activities designed to encourage diversification and development of the area’s economic base, increase the tax base; encourage the retention of jobs and employment opportunities in private business, create new business, and attract businesses to Snohomish County.
