PURPOSE: To authorize the Executive to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal agreement with the City of Everett for the Kiwanis Park Sport Court Rehabilitation & Enhancements Project
BACKGROUND: This is a Council/City Partnership project funding agreement for REET II funds. In 2023 the County Council awarded $75,000 to the City of Everett for the Kiwanis Parks Sport Court Rehabilitation & Enhancement project. The City of Everett requested $86,000 in funding for the project. In 2025 the Council awarded the additional $11,000 to the City of Everett to award the total amount requested. This amendment is for the Interlocal Agreement that provides that funding.
