PURPOSE: Council approval of an Ordinance to grant establishment of a new County road right-of way.
BACKGROUND: On September 24, 2021, JM1 Holdings, LLC applied with Planning and Development Services (PDS) requesting approval for an administrative site plan of a 45-unit Single Family Detached Unit (SFDU) development, identified as Larch Way SFDU. As a condition of approval for the development, the Department of Public Works and PDS are requiring JM1 Holdings, LLC to construct a new public road, 169th Pl SW, west of Larch Way.
