PURPOSE: Request Council acceptance of the 2023 Early Learning Annual Report.
BACKGROUND: The 2023 Early Learning Annual Report provides an update of the services and operations of Snohomish County Human Services Developmental Disabilities and Early Learning Division: Early Head Start, Early Support for Infants and Toddlers, and Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program. The Division supports families and children to build strong and healthy relationships, collaborate to learn, and develop skills for school and life.
The Office of Head Start requires that, as the governing body overseeing Snohomish County Early Head Start, the Snohomish County Council accept the 2023 Early Learning Annual Report.
