BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for licenses related to Peak Agenda Management. The previously procured subscription agreement through ITB-038-21SB will expire September 30, 2026, necessitating a recompetition. Two (2) firms submitted proposals for RFP-26-0752JM-C with Granicus, LLC being the highest-ranked proposer. The initial award term will be five (5) years, ending September 30, 2030, with an estimated expenditure of $100,000.00 over the initial term.
