PURPOSE: To provide the County Council with a proposed motion regarding an interlocal agreement for the provision of fire investigation services between the City of Snohomish, Fire Protection District No.4, and Snohomish County.
BACKGROUND: The motion would authorize the County Executive to sign the attached interlocal agreement (ILA) between the City of Snohomish, Fire Protection District No.4, and Snohomish County regarding the provision of fire investigation services.
