PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - PW-26-0725SB - Martha Lake Airport Park & Paine Field Park Playground Replacements, Snohomish County
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for contemplated work including, but is not limited to, installation of playgrounds at 2 park sites. Project Site A - Martha Lake Airport Park and Project Site B - Paine Field Park. All work to be completed in accordance with the contract requirements. Six (6) bid submittals were received, the lowest responsible bidder being Diverse Earthworks, Inc. for award amount of $725,222.55 inclusive of applicable Washington State Sales Tax.
