PURPOSE: Approve benchmarks established by the workgroup in order to release the 2023 REET II project funds.
BACKGROUND: The 2023 budget included a budget condition that tied the $750,000 for REET II City/Council Partnership Projects to the formation of a workgroup comprised of the Executives Office and Council Office staff, and agreement upon benchmarks for these projects. This motion is a result of that workgroup.
