BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Department of Surface Water Management in conjunction with Floodplains by Design have acquired property located at Sky View Tracts as part of a flood control project associated with these properties. This lot is one of two of the last properties in the project that need to be acquired. The owner of Lot 29 is ready to sell the property to Snohomish County for $10,000.00.
