PURPOSE: A transfer from Grant Fund 130 is necessary to provide expenditure authority for District Court’s Grant from the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts.
BACKGROUND: Move the expenditure authority to the appropriate line items within Grant Fund 130, Sub-fund 78 District Court with no net increase in the 2026 budget and 2027 budget.
