BACKGROUND: A competitive Small Works was utilized for this Program to encourage participation from small contractors that benefit from lower bond requirements and more flexible work schedules. Products and services covered in this Bid include supplying and installing split-system ductless heat pumps and thermostats; testing, inspecting, and reporting any repair-work required.
