PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-24-0373SB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued for the restoration of rearing and refuge habitat at the Chatham Acres site on the North Fork Stillaguamish River near River Mile 26. The project area is entirely within County-owned property covering an area of approximately 27 acres, with some access through private property via temporary construction easements. Construction of several different types of ELJ (Engineered Logjam) structures, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
