PURPOSE: Appoint Tia Simoni to the Fair Advisory Board to represent an At Large member position.
BACKGROUND: The Fair Advisory Board was created to assist the Fair Manager and the county in the operation and production of the Evergreen State Fair. The Board is comprised of 11 members, one from each council district and six at-large members. Tia lives in District #5 at Large. She is seeking her first term, expiring December 31, 2029. Tia’s fair experience and her work experience as a teacher will be an asset to the Board. Executive Somers approved of her appointment.
