PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - RFP-25-0685JM-C, License, IT Asset Management and Network Discovery
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for License, IT Asset Management and Network Discovery. The Department of Information Technology previously procured these licenses through RFP-25-0446JM-C. Cost to extend licenses through the current contract exceeds the allowable cost increase of 20% above initial reward. Therefore, a new competitive process was required. Eight (8) firms submitted proposals. Evaluation of proposals determined Concourse Tech to be the highest ranked proposer. The initial award term will be five (5) years, ending May 18, 2031, with an estimated expenditure of $162,000.00 over the term.
