PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-25-0645SB - 2026 SWM Culvert Replacements
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the 2026 Surface Water Management Culvert Replacements with contemplated work including, but not limited to, road and utility improvements associated with Culvert Replacement near 6304 19th Ave NE (Group 1), Tulalip Tribes Water Service Relocation at 6400 Block of 19th Ave NE (Group 2), Culvert Replacement near 9415 Grandview Road (Group 3), and other work. Work is to be completed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the specifications, drawings and contract documents. Five (5) bid submittals were received, the lowest responsible bidder being Reece Construction Company for award amount of $999,999.99 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax.
