PURPOSE: The purpose for this microservice agreement is for the award recipient to run a Jail Transition Support Program which will help support individuals in treatment and recovery who have recently exited the Snohomish County Jail.
BACKGROUND: Opioids settlement funds are being distributed by Snohomish County directly to community organizations helping those with substance use disorder.
