BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of the DCNR, Parks Division for Kayak Point Phase 2 Improvement Project. Work includes but is not limited to parking relocation, partial removal of south end road, a new boat ramp with floats, pier re-decking and pile replacement, site grading, installation of storm berm, landscaping, utilities, and stormwater treatment.
