PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of RFP-019-21DW Amendment 3
BACKGROUND: This request is to Expedite. Facilities realized an oversight in the spend of the contract with McKinstry Company and would like to increase the limit of the contract to align with actual costs spent and for future spends on Amendment 3 through the life of the contract end on August 15, 2026 (pending in companion ECAF). The contract extension has been submitted in ECAF 2024-2579 to be processed on Amendment 4. Please see the Tracking log for exact dollar details. We have multiple invoices that are awaiting payment once this request is approved.
