PURPOSE: To extend the existing ILA Agreement with the City of Monroe for the 147th Ave SE Signal Project.
BACKGROUND: One of the identified County/City Projects for 2024 is the City of Monroe’s 147th Ave Se Signal Project. Snohomish County has agreed to provide one hundred fifteen thousand ($115,000) of REET II funds in support of the Project. The original ILA was executed on May 15, 2024, and is set to expire December 31, 2025. The City has asked for more time due to delays procuring signal poles. Parks and Recreation has reviewed their request and agreed to extend the agreement through 12/31/2026.
