Vice-Chair Nehring moved that the County Council authorize the Prosecuting Attorney or designee to add the following four defendants to the pending multidistrict opioid litigation: Albertsons, Indivior Inc, Expressscripts, and Optum RX. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
