PURPOSE: The Legislature enacted RCW 84.34 to maintain, preserve, conserve and protect lands for the social wellbeing of the state and its citizens and has further declared, “that assessment practices must be so designed as to permit the continued availability of open space lands for these purposes.”

BACKGROUND: Owner requests reclassification from Open Space Ag to Open Space General Ag Conservation for 11.09 acres. The property is located North of Hwy US2, East of 339^th at the end of 140^th ST SE.
