EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 20 of RFP-23-20SR with Washington Alarm.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County and Washington Alarm Inc. entered into an agreement on December 10, 2020, for Security & Fire Monitoring/Repair Services. During the term of the contract, 19 amendments have been processed for various additional services and the addition of new site locations. Amendment 20 seeks to update to new cellular communicators for security and fire alarm system for various County locations.
