EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved by Lacey Harper 12/15/25
PURPOSE: The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development allocated HOME ARP funding Snohomish County and approved the County’s HOME ARP Plan. County Council approved the HOME ARP award for the YWCA New Start Center March 26, 2025 by Motion 25-152.
All services, and maintenance and operations contracts and amendments for County-owned property where the aggregate total is more than $50,000, must be approved by County Council. The HOME ARP contract will provide for supportive services at the County-owned Edmonds New Start Center.
