ITEM TITLE:
Title
Ordinance 24-105, approving and authorizing the County Executive to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Monroe, for the Monroe 30 Annexation
body
DEPARTMENT: Planning and Development Services

ORIGINATOR: Eileen Canola

EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved by Ken Klein 11/15/24

The Snohomish County Countywide Planning Policies (CPPs) support the coordinated planning of urban areas between the County and cities and are expressed in Joint Planning policies. Policies in the Interjurisdictional Coordination (IC) and Land Use (LU) chapters of the County's comprehensive plan promote the use of interlocal agreements to help facilitate the orderly development of urban areas and transfer of services and jurisdiction.
