PURPOSE: To approve and sign “Off Duty Police Services Contract” a professional services agreement between the City of Arlington Police Department and Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management for Security Services at Mobile Vaccination Sites.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this agreement is to provide off-duty police officers to serve as security for the County’s Mass vaccination site located at the Arlington Airport.
