PURPOSE: To provide legal defense services pursuant to direct appointments of Contractor by the Snohomish county courts and amend the Not to Exceed (NTE) amount from $50,000 to $400,000.
BACKGROUND: The Superior court has issued two direct appointment orders for co-counsel and the Contractor, Tamara Gaffney, was directly appointed. The NTE $50,000 contract amount will not cover the costs of these felony case court orders.
