PURPOSE: The purpose of the permit is to allow Permittee, or their agents, the right to use the hereinafter described lands ("Permitted Area" or "Premises"), together with the right to ingress and egress, for weed abatement and maintenance of a portion of the Centennial Trail.
BACKGROUND: The Permittee’s occasional mowing and weed abatement of a portion of the Centennial Trail requires a special use permit to mitigate any risk associated with the activity. Parks has determined the maintenance activity is a benefit to County asset and is authorizing continued occasional mowing, weed abatement and maintenance by the Permittee. The use of herbicides and pesticides is prohibited.
