EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved by Alessandra Szebenyi 6/29/26
PURPOSE: Increase the number of FTE in Grant Fund 130, Sub-Fund 78 District Court by 2.0 project positions.
BACKGROUND: The District Court will receive grant funding from the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts for the equivalent of 2.0 project positions from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. A motion will be submitted for a budget transfer from pending grants to support the addition of these 2.0 positions pending receipt of grant funding agreement from Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts.
