PURPOSE: ITB-25-0569LY As-Needed Tree Services
BACKGROUND: A competitive invitation to bid, ITB-25-0569LY was issued to solicit bids for as-needed Tree Services and related work to Primary Contractor: Selective Tree Removal and Secondary Contractor (if the Primary is not available): Pacific Tree Management and Tertiary Contractor: Hanselman Enterprises. As-needed services will be issued as individual projects for up to but not exceeding $40,000, excluding sales tax. The award of this bid will result in a two-year contract with each of the three (3) companies on a firm, fixed price basis for the initial one-year term with an option to renew for two additional two-year terms in accordance with SCC section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(5).
