BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of the Public Works for improvements of 164th ST SW from Spruce Way to Ash Way and includes pavement repair, planning, paving, ADA ramps, Accessible Pedestrian (APS) pushbutton system, induction loops, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic contract and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2023 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
