PURPOSE: Piggyback Award Recommendation - PB-26-0691LY - Flooring & Installation Services
BACKGROUND: The Facilities Department has need flooring products and installation services throughout the County buildings. DES issued competitive solicitation number 08425 (RFP) for Flooring and Installation Services on July 15, 2025. The RFP contained 7 categories of various flooring materials including carpeting and installation services and was awarded to three proposers as statewide contractors, of which this recommendation seeks approval to utilize the top scorer: Great Floors, LLC. The estimated award amount of $1,000,000 over four (4) years.
