PURPOSE: This motion will authorize the County Executive to sign an interagency agreement with the Administrative Office of the Courts to reimburse the County of Blake Decision Costs.
BACKGROUND: This motion will authorize the County Executive to sign the Interagency Agreement for AOC to reimburse the County of extraordinary costs incurred by the County for resentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake decision, for the total agreement amount of $300,000.00, for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
