PURPOSE: For Council approval to authorize the Executive to sign the Amendment
BACKGROUND: The County executed an original agreement for the 2021-2025 fairs for canopy, decorator, display booth rentals and support services with Cort. Amendment No. 3 will allow for increased rental costs and equipment at the 2025 fair to provide additional canopies for public seating, dining and a judging ring. Contract not to exceed $65,000. Expedited review is requested due to fair timing and need to allow time for PO processing.
