PURPOSE: To clear title defect/encroachment along south line of county property.
BACKGROUND: County purchased property in 2008 with knowledge by the county of a fence encroachment along southerly boundary line but did not perform any action to clear encroachment issue. The neighbor who encroaches is now in the process of putting their property on the market to sell and needs encroachment resolved.
