PURPOSE: Proposed annexation by Snohomish Regional Fire and Rescue (SRFR) for an approximately five-acre parcel.
BACKGROUND: Council has received a notice of proposal from Snohomish Regional Fire and Rescue (SRFR) for an annexation. The “Harrison annexation” is for an approximately five-acre parcel in unincorporated south-west Snohomish County. The parcel is addressed at 22020 157th Avenue SE, Snohomish, Washington. The Washington State Boundary Review Board for Snohomish County deemed the proposal legally sufficient on August 9, 2022. The 45-day review period ends on September 23, 2022.
