PURPOSE: Change the title of Operations Committee and Public Works Committee
BACKGROUND: Council has reorganized committee structures in 2021 and as a result are re-naming two committees to better reflect the body of work under each committee. Operations Committee is to be re-named Conservation, Sustainability and Recreation Committee. Public Works Committee is to be re-named Public Works and Infrastructure Committee.
