PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Elevator Support Company.
BACKGROUND: Elevator Support Company was selected as the awarding bidder on RFP 24-042. While we work to finalize their contract, some immediate repairs and testing to be done the Parking Garage elevators was discovered. Two out of the three elevators are non functioning at this time, putting a large strain on the remaining operating elevator. Facilities is asking for this Professional Services Agreement with Elevator Support Company to be signed for the repair of the elevators in the Parking Garage.
