PURPOSE: To authorize the Executive to sign amendment #12 with Aon Consulting.
BACKGROUND: RFP 015-20BC for Benefits Consulting Services was issued in April 2020 and the selection process was completed in June 2020. AON Consulting was selected as the most qualified vendor. This amendment will exercise the last 2-year extension per the original agreement from 9/1/26-8/31/28.
