PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of the InterAgency Agreement No. K9023.
BACKGROUND: Facilities and Fleet proposes to utilize the Washington State Energy Program to perform investment grade audits and energy saving equipment upgrades. This agreement allows Snohomish County to utilize the State’s Energy Program to provide future energy/utility conservation project management services to the County.
