PURPOSE: Revised Piggyback Award Recommendation for PB-25-0478LY - Lawn and Grounds Equipment
BACKGROUND: A previous Bid Award Recommendation was approved solely for Mowers through Motion 25-394 (ECAF 2025-2733). Subsequently an amendment was approved to include additional categories and manufactures through Motion 26-070 (ECAF 2026-0329). The Facilities & Fleet Department has determined a need to include additional awarded categories and increase the award amount for additional products available through DES issued competitive solicitation number 28123 for Lawn & Grounds Equipment categories and manufacturers which was issued on December 31, 2024. This revised Bid Award Recommendation serves to amend the previous award to include additional equipment and manufacturers and increase the award amount from $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 over a proposed award term of five (5) years
