PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval to sign Amendment #13 with Applied Data Systems, Inc.
BACKGROUND: An Agreement was executed with Applied Data Systems, Inc. (ADSI) on 5/1/2014. The County and ADSI wish to add the Asset Management module in Archibus. This software management agreement will allow the County to mark equipment and other County assets with descriptors such as sold, stolen or scrapped in order to capture the full asset life cycle.
