PURPOSE: Approval of a budget transfer in Health Dept for 2026 year-end balancing.
BACKGROUND: Transfer $1.8M to Program 625 Prevention Program from Environmental Health Program 630 and Administration Program 610 for year-end 2026.This transfer neither increases, nor decreases the adopted budget and is needed to balance programs for actual expenditures throughout 2026.
