PURPOSE: Execute Amendment #4 with Chard Snyder & Assoc, Inc. for COBRA third party administrator services.
BACKGROUND: The County currently contracts with a third-party administrator to provide coordination and management of our COBRA health benefit. Chard Snyder was selected through the RFP process in 2018.
