PURPOSE: Approve Amendment No. 2
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County has provided law enforcement services for the City of Snohomish since 2012. Under ECAF 2023-1457, the City and County extended law enforcement services through an ILA for the period of January 01, 2024 - December 31,2026. Under ECAF 2024-0299, Amendment No. 1 adjusted the cost for services to the ILA. This Amendment No. 2 further amends the cost for services due to increases in interfund fees (ER&R, Risk, IT).
