PURPOSE: To execute a Facilities License Agreement to occupy 4,000 square feet of the Snohomish County Health Department Building located at 3020 Rucker Avenue, Everett, WA
BACKGROUND: An agreement for professional services providing economic development and technical assistance, dated June 12, 2025, has been reached by Snohomish County and the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County (EASC). In conjunction with said agreement EASC, for a monthly licensing fee, would like to take occupation of 4,000 square feet of space on the 3rd floor of the Snohomish County Health Department Building located at 3020 Rucker Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. Snohomish County is in acceptance of the licensing of said space to EASC.
